Stock apparel
Unworn, unwashed items with tags may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method, or exchanged for a different size subject to availability. Buyer pays return shipping unless the item is defective.
Vehicle banners
Banners are final sale once opened. If a banner arrives damaged or with a production defect, contact us within 7 days with photos and we’ll send a replacement at no cost.
Custom merch
Custom-merch orders are made-to-order based on artwork you approved and are final sale once approved. Printing defects and fulfilment errors are corrected at no charge — see the Custom-Product Policy for full details.
How to start a return
Use the contact form and select “Order status & fulfilment”. Include your order number and photos if the item is damaged.
