By using aftrspec.com or placing an order you agree to these terms.

Orders

Product listings, prices and inventory are provided by Shopify at the time of order. Orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We may cancel and refund an order if it was placed in error (for example, an obvious pricing mistake) or if we cannot fulfil it.

Custom merch

Custom-merch orders are made-to-order based on your uploaded photos and approved artwork. See our Custom-Product Policy for approval, revision and refund terms specific to custom orders.

Acceptable use

You may not use the site to upload content you do not have the rights to, submit unauthorised third-party trademarks, or attempt to abuse the AI generation system (spam uploads, non-vehicle images, obscene content).

Intellectual property

AFTRSPEC name, logo and original artwork are owned by AFTRSPEC. See our IP & Trademarks policy for the full details on vehicle marks and third-party trademarks.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AFTRSPEC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site or its products.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
